Cancellation & Return Policy
Effective Date: 4/10/2025
At Ignite Media Co., we strive to deliver exceptional service with flexibility and transparency. The following policy outlines how cancellations, refunds, and returns are handled across our services.
1. Subscription-Based Services (Month-to-Month)
All of our recurring services — including but not limited to Social Media Management, Website Management, Business Optimizer, and Hosting — are provided on a month-to-month basis.
You may cancel at any time.
No further charges will be billed for the next month after cancellation.
Cancellations must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
Services will remain active through the end of the paid month.
2. One-Time Services
One-time services such as website design, SEO setup, consulting, and digital builds are non-refundable once work has begun.
If you cancel a one-time service before work has started, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
If work has already begun, we will assess the project status and determine a partial refund amount (if applicable), based on the portion of work completed.
If the client breaches the terms of the service agreement, Ignite Media Co. reserves the right to deny a refund.
3. Printing Services
All printed products (flyers, business cards, promotional items, etc.) are custom-made and therefore not eligible for return unless:
There is a defect in the product
The item does not match the approved proof
In these cases:
A replacement will be offered where possible
Refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis
All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photos and a written description of the issue
4. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
It will be issued via the original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or card issuer
